Super Credits are used for catalogue purchases such as Warbonds and selected store equipment. You can obtain them through gameplay or buy them through your platform store. Decide what you want to unlock first, then compare the remaining cost with your current balance.
What each currency buys

Legitimate earning routes and what the sources actually say
The official PlayStation guide confirms that credits are available in-game as well as through purchase. Arrowhead’s Super Credits and fair play announcement explicitly distinguishes ordinary map exploration, points of interest and bunkers from automated or duplication-based activity. It does not publish a guaranteed hourly return for a particular planet.
Plan exploration around your squad’s mission. Agree whether you are taking a short detour or finishing the objective first, then include travel, loading and return time when evaluating the session. A promising pickup location is not useful evidence of a universal rate: mission layout, time spent searching and unsuccessful attempts all affect the result.
Calculate your remaining opening budget
Use remaining credits = target opening price − current balance, with a minimum of zero. In an illustrative example, a displayed price of 1,000 and a balance of 350 leave 650 credits to obtain. A catalogue priced at 1,500 would leave 1,150. The examples show why a different category changes the target; your account’s displayed price is the figure to use.

Compare earning sessions without fooling yourself

For a hypothetical session gaining 60 credits over 30 minutes, the observed rate is 120 per hour. That arithmetic describes that session only. Do not multiply it into a promise for the next two hours without checking whether the conditions repeat. If your aim is enjoying missions with friends, a slightly slower earning route may still be the better choice.
Bought credits are missing: which support route applies?
For a PlayStation purchase that never appeared, Arrowhead’s purchase support article describes a possible region mismatch between the account and purchase. Check the account, platform, purchase region and receipt before reporting the issue to platform support. Buying the same pack again can make a billing problem more complicated.
Loss of borrowed DLC access is a different issue. Arrowhead’s Steam Family Sharing explanation notes that access to content from a borrowed library can end when that sharing ends. Keep that distinction in your report instead of describing every missing item as a failed credit purchase. Never send passwords or sign-in codes with a support request.
