Helldivers 2 Galactic Campaigns, Major Orders and Progress Tracking

Use the current campaign and order information to decide where your squad wants to deploy. This site cannot substantiate its previous liberation formula or fixed percentages of players supposedly required to capture a planet. Those numbers should not guide your mission choice.

Illustrative progress rises from 42 percent at 18:00 to 44 percent at 19:00, a two percentage point increase
An illustrative progress observation, not a completion forecast or a measure of your squad’s contribution.

The 2026 campaign system needs current context

Arrowhead’s Machinery of Oppression 6.3.0 update introduced Galactic Campaigns and a Control Center terminal opposite the armory. The announcement describes campaign context, associated Major Orders and a potential reward linked to success in a majority of the campaign’s orders. It is a dated description of that update, not proof of a hidden liberation equation.

Read the current campaign and order screens together. Record the stated objective, eligible location, deadline and progress before assuming that an old planet guide still matches the active event.

Separate the quantities on your planning sheet

QuantityWhat it answers
Campaign objectiveWhat the wider sequence is asking players to accomplish
Current Major OrderThe displayed task and deadline now
Planet or mission availabilityWhere your squad can actually deploy
Progress observationWhat the screen showed at the recorded time

A population count, a progress percentage and a reward amount are different quantities. Do not combine them into a formula unless its method and inputs are documented. This guide publishes no such calculation.

Observe a trend without attributing it to your squad

Suppose an invented planet-progress screen shows 42% at 18:00 and 44% at 19:00 in the same timezone. That is a two-percentage-point rise over the observed hour, not evidence that your own mission caused it. Other players and event systems operate during the same interval.

Extrapolating that observation to a fixed completion time assumes the same rate continues. An order can change context, a mission can become unavailable or the observed pace can differ. Label a snapshot as a snapshot rather than presenting it as a forecast.

A short squad briefing

  1. Read the current order and select an available mission that matches your intended goal.
  2. Agree whether the group prioritizes that objective, resource collection or another ordinary-play aim.
  3. Choose a difficulty and equipment that the squad can use, rather than copying a dated faction-wide rule.
  4. After play, check what was completed and record any unresolved reward issue separately.

This is a coordination sequence, not a guarantee that a particular deployment contributes a specific amount of liberation or earns every displayed reward.

Rewards and account-specific issues

Use the current event’s stated conditions and your account’s reward information. Do not infer universal eligibility or exact medal amounts from a previous event. If a reward appears missing, preserve the event name, time, platform and any relevant error, then contact official player support.

The resource guide and objective guide cover different parts of play; neither replaces an active campaign’s instructions.
